My stay at granite crossing has come to a end. It was 2 great years at this community. I have absolutely no complaints. Melody is not one of but the best property manager I have ever encountered and I’ve also worked in the industry so I know a good bit about it. You can count on the grounds staying up to par and maintenance taking care of all work orders in a timely manner. I appreciate the opportunity I got to live in this community may granite continue to thrive.

I've had such a wonderful experience moving to Granite Crossing Apartments. I love my new place it's more then I imagined it to be. It's Safe, Quiet and conveniently located to the bus line, Grocery store and post office. The office staff is great. The application process was very lengthy. Tiffany was very helpful and patient with me throughout my application process and made sure I had everything I needed to get my application completed. Melody is also GREAT. The ladies in the office have been extremely busy but they have been rocking and rolling. I would highly recommend this property. You wont be disappointed at all.

I made a post a few weeks ago that is now not showing up. But I am a current tenant and have been here since 2020 and I now hate it. They can’t keep anyone in the leasing office you can’t reach the property management company. The new property manager Krystal has a horrible attitude and seems as if everyone gets on her nerves when I pay my money every month. They also don’t fix a thing a in a timely matter. My washer that is included in my lease has been out for 8 months and I gave up and call GE myself and they told me that Krystal sent them to another unit for the appointment I myself scheduled after I went to her multiple times about it. It is exhausting living here and I would advise any and everybody to reconsider.

So far so good. Everything is new due to it being recently built and although it is a little smaller then I like it's still a nice size for my kids and I. Plus the kitchen is gorgeous which makes up for the size and has a beautiful island.

Update: so I’ve been here for a little over two years (was one of the first to move in) and my experience with granite crossing has become a mixed one. Ms. Ranielle is great to work with and the new guy Kelvin is always pleasant but I will say that I was as well hit with the roach problem which has now declined thanks to my own personal pest control I hired and rent does keep increasing. I started at $845 for two bed two bath, two months later it went up to $922, then when I renewed it went up to $988 and two years later if I renew my lease I will be paying $1,025. Besides that it isn’t necessarily a bad place to live but definitely is becoming a little overpriced.
