Update … 7-16-2024
Well, I have had my Santa Cruz now little over a year and I STILL LOVE IT!!! This is a kick butt little truck!!!! It is an unbelievable ride !!! Sleek and just beautiful ! Just plain “cool man!!” I take it to Tuscaloosa Hyundia the dealership for all my “needs” and they always do me right !! I have not had a single issue and other than oil changes I have had to replace windshield wipers and for real they prolly didn’t really need that! I have membership for car washes over at Red’s so my “baby” is always fresh and clean but extra .. the dealership washes your vehicle whenever you have it there!! Courtesy car washes after oil changes or whatever !! That’s pretty cool!! Okay have a great day!! Stay safe people !! And thank you Tuscaloosa Hyundai !!! I am one happy customer !!!❤️

I had my car towed to Tuscaloosa Hyundai Monday morning after scheduling an appointment for Tuesday 12:45. My car is still sitting there having not been seen after three days. According to the service rep. Eddie I just don't understand how many cars they have to see. He is absolutely correct. I don't. But his scheduling department should. Also that scheduled appointments are for meet and greets, not service. Mean time I am driving a rental car for the unforseen future. Anyone else have a similar experience? Any advice?

I went to Tuscaloosa Hyundai today to get the locking tire nuts off my car and put the regular ones. These guys were super nice and efficient. Very reasonable. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will be returning to them in the future.

Fantastic dealership. Debra our sales person was very friendly, personable and professional. Vehicle was fairly priced and we felt no sales pressure. Facilities are state of art, immaculate and well maintained. Overall a great buying experience.

Today is my 3rd purchase from Tuscaloosa Hyundai and I was really satisfied. I asked my wife to go look and wham she found a Sonota limited and she was hooked. I brought her trade in and they really did me well and saved me on reselling it and wasting my time . So now they have another low mileage 2019 Honda Civic with 20k miles for sale. Better hurry it won’t last long. It’s our anniversary so she was really appreciative of how fast and friendly and willing to take care of us they were. They even washed my palisade that I purchased a year ago and the salesman even vacuumed it for me. Now that’s service. I mentioned they are like family now and if you have a bad experience there then you have a new salesman or your just to picky. My salesman was Travis. So mention I referred you and watch a great deal happen. 10 Stars to Hyundai and they offer military savings as well unlike dodge . Wink wink. God bless and enjoy your new car we surely will.
