This was by far one of the worst experiences of my life. I went to Tuscaloosa Mazda in July and purchased a car. My sales representative was Jacob, and the manager was Lisa. The paperwork process was a nightmare, and I had to go back and forth for a month because of various issues with the car. I had paid a $2,000 down payment, but the driver's seat was damaged, and they wanted to charge me $1,500 to repair it. Additionally, the car had cosmetic damage and didn’t come with a trunk cover, so I had to bring the vehicle back multiple times to address these problems.

Even after all this, I dealt with four different sales managers just to complete my paperwork. In the end, I returned the car because of the sheer number of issues. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, and they made several promises they did not honor. It seems they ended up firing most of the employees there, but that didn’t help my situation. I drove a car for almost two months without the deal being finalized. I strongly advise against going to this dealership. If you're looking for a Mazda, find another location because this one is incompetent, unprofessional, and utterly lacking in integrity.
