Love living in this community. Neighbors are very kind. Ms Sharon, with property management, is awesome. She is very helpful and understanding. Maintenance team are quick to respond to work orders and always show up same day to fix any problems. This is a great place to live!

I live here at Chelsea place apartments in Lithonia. Ms. Sharon office manager is a very nice person. She has gone above and beyond for me since I moved here. The maintenance Jamal and the lady Shannon that works with him are awesome. If I need anything fixed, moved, etc. they are right there to help. Jonathan is the office receptionist he is a sweetheart. I'm not the easiest person to get along with but this group has shown me nothing but love.

I carolyn newton move here in November of 2019. I meet a great spirit woman name (quita ) she been so kind and helpful and always take care of everything and made me feel like this home. Next it is the maintenance manager George and his coworker Christopher they also have taking care IMMEDIATELY of any maintenance issue I've had this is great group of people and to be recognized for there hard work and kindness. People like that make u feel like they care and they really do and my stay here is great.

I have MOVED OUT THIS APARTMENT MONTHS AGO ALMOST HALF A YEAR, AND THEY CONTINUE TO HARASS ME AS IF I STILL LIVE THERE. THEY KNOW I DO NOT LIVE THERE & HAVENT FOR MONTHS BUT THEY KEEP HARASSING MY FAMILY! WE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! WE HAVE BEEN GONE MONTHS AGO! LEAVE ME ALONE! WHATEVER YOUR TRYING TO SCHEME IS ILLEGAL

I just wanted to call because I have been searching for the past 3 months for apartments and the biggest deterring factor has been management. I appreciate being able to be service by people who love and exude joy in speaking with potential and current tenants. After calling and inquiring about a 3 bedroom and all the amenities, speaking with Ms. Monique a joy. She brings countless years of experience but best of all it was refreshing to speak with an individual who has a heart for people above all else while still remain professional and knowledgeable about her industry. I have undoubtedly placed this location down as one of my top priorities when my lease is up. Thanks make sure you call and speak with Ms. Monique; she will handle all of your needs and concerns with a caring and professional heart.

Stayed Here At This Location From 2015-2018! Overall Quiet Not Much Noise At All ! Good Area , Slightly Hidden ! Staff At The Beginning Was Horrible But New Management When I Left At The Beginning Of 2018 Was Nice & Understanding! Special Shoutout To Mrs. Debra Freeman ! She Was Very Understanding & Nice ! The Only Reason I’m Not Providing 5 Stars Occasionally You Would See Water-bugs & Centipedes! My Townhouse Also Flooded Right Before Christmas, Which Piss Me Off & Resulted In Me Moving And No Longer Wanting To Be There , Including Personal Issues ! But Overall Great Management Right Before I Left & Reasonable Prices !! Maybe I’ll Return ONE DAY ! ❤️

I'm currently in the process of relocating to GA from NYC and have been calling around looking for suitable apartments. I called Chelsea Place and ended up speaking with one of the property managers - Ms Monique. Not only was she super knowledgeable, she was very kind. Especially when I explained I didn't know much about the area, she let me know all the places to go, and directions on how to get around, and walked me through a virtual tour of one of the units. Everything seems super reasonably priced and well maintained. I'm very excited to meet Ms Monique in person.
