This was the 3rd time I’ve bought a vehicle from Micheal (2 of those vehicles were bought this past weekend). He does an excellent job and kept in touch with me off and on for the 3 years I had my Tacoma. Check how the truck was doing, thoughts about trade ins etc. I have all of my services done there and he always comes and shakes my hand and says hello and we chat like we’ve know each other for years. I put my info in on the Toyota website look for my wife a car and got curious about the trade in for my truck. I had 2 sales people call me and I told them I was just looking around. 3rd call I got was from this guy right here, so I immediately said yeah I’ll come talk to you and see what’s going on. He put me in an awesome 24 4Runner and I love it. I bring my wife’s car the very next day and Michael and I went at it again and delivered. 10/10 all day. Next time I need a vehicle, if he’s not running the place by then, I’m definitely buying it from him. I appreciate it buddy!

Highly recommend. I checked with 2 other Toyota dealerships that were close by before checking with them. I spoke with Shawn Simpson. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for and gave me the best price up front. When we went to get the vehicle, we were out the door in less than 45 minutes. It was the easiest car buying experience I have had and definitely worth the drive. We will be back for the next one. Top notch dealership!

We had a great experience with Justin at Tuscaloosa Toyota—he was communicative and helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. He really took care of us, make the process efficient, and we didn't feel pressured or anything!
However, while our experience in the finance department was good, it was not as positive. The documentation process went smoothly and efficiently, however the finance representative was a bit pushy about additional warranty options, even after we politely declined, and we felt rushed through some of that paperwork. We had to stop the process for a second to ensure we didn't sign up for something we didn't want.

Overall, we’re very happy with the car, but my wife and I agreed that some of the pushiness in the finance deptartment just kinda took the mood down a bit.

I can’t say enough good things about this Toyota Dealership.
Excellent price, customer service and patience from Matt Headley
and the staff. For me, it was worth the travel and time, to purchase my new camry here. None of the several dealers in the northeast offered me a better deal. Matt even helped me pair up my phone, and install google maps. Thank you again for all of your help!
