WARNING!!!!! Service Members : DONT STAY Here. They are extremely expensive in fee and try to rip you off as much as they can. I noticed to vacant and didn’t have to time to do the walk through with them and later they took all my deposit which is $350 plus $450 for discoloration because they said “ It looked like it was cleaned by someone else not them. I left the apartment sparklingly cleaned as the attached picture ( I wished I should have taken video the whole apartment as proof) , it was much cleaner than when I first moved in. I was living there almost 2 years , no kid to draw anything , no pet and barely home either in the field or traveling so the discoloration they mentioned must have been MOLD . YES, this apartment has MOLD issue, especially I was at the back building with less sun coming in. Every time I came back from the field, I had to wipe BLACK MOLD from the ceiling. The ceiling has a crack and water leaking from upper floor so it was always moist. I requested for maintenance and the Maint guy came and said he couldn’t do anything else because of the structure of the building. My online maintenance request report showed it. My health record showed I had sinus infection, my nose always blocked and my skin is always itchy from the time I was living here. I wish there are more options around here for me , I would not stay here at all. Plus the pool never opened for 1.5 years. Before they didn’t have auto payment, they charged tenant 10% late fee which is almost $200 for 1 day late. I got charge few times almost half of the check because of training schedule, I didn’t have good signal to make payment. And The list goes on , I will make sure people and service members around me don’t fall in the situation like me. If you happen to stay there, make sure you do a walk through, they will tell as long as trash is cleared u will be good but in the reality, they will suck all your deposit and send you to debt Collector real quick if you don’t send them extra money they bill you.

Came into the office today for some information about these apartments. Met with Anita and Natascha, and from first foot in, I was highly impressed. After the hurricane is been rough on my family so know it had to be for theirs. Would have never known. High traffic and very busy, but the service provided by even the maintenance supervisor was fantastic. Enjoyed my tour and highly considering making this my new home.

Liberty Club is an amazing apartment community. The leasing and maintenance staff are excellent and truly care about its residents. The units are modern and spacious, and there is more than enough parking for guests. The property is conveniently located behind a Walmart Neighborhood Market and they offer EV charging stations here! Love the huge American flag at the entrance of the property. Wish I could give it 6 stars!

I have been living at Liberty Club Apartments for half a year and have had a fantastic experience so far. The amenities are top-notch, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Anita Pearson, the manager, deserves special recognition for her exceptional service. From the moment I inquired about leasing options to move-in day, Anita has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. She ensured a smooth transition into my new home and promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had along the way. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly make Liberty Club Apartments feel like a well-managed and cared-for community.

Overall, I highly recommend Liberty Club Apartments to anyone in search of a comfortable and convenient living space, and I am grateful to Anita and the rest of the staff for making my move-in experience a positive one.

Living here for 8 months now. The apartment is beautiful, and the maintenance guys are the best. They are usually at my door as soon as I put the request in. My only issue is that the pool been closed since before July 4th, and yet to be opened. I actually moved in this apartment because of the pool. Hopefully it will be fixed before the summer finishes, because it was functioning all winter.

If you’re looking for an apartment, look here no further. This complex is riddled with every insect known to man, MOLD in ALL rooms. Especially your bedroom, which has incredibly poor ventilation. A/C will consistently give you issues. They use Keypads to get into your apartment, which they will frequently load with dead batteries. Please do your due diligence and take this review into consideration. I personally saw bad reviews before living here and just said “it can’t be that bad.” It was substantially worse. There will come a time when they put dead batteries in your door, and you can’t get in your overpriced gimmick of a nice apartment complex and you decide to sleep in your car. The amenities are very neglected, more often than not during the summer time the pool is closed. Overall, a horrific experience. I suspect them to reply to this with a condescending articulate intelligence response, as per usual.

Listen to the bad reviews!!!! I lived here for a year and in my duration of living here I had no working AC. When they "fixed" the unit there was no air blowing out and it said it was one temperature when in reality it sat around 78 year round. in the GEORGIA summer, it was god awful. Not only that but there was an extreme amount of mold forming in my bedroom, along with the other rooms. Mold was up the walls and extremely bad on the ceiling. When they came to fix the mold, all they did was bleach and paint over the area. It came back shortly after and got very bad. There is absolutely no air circulation throughout the apartments, which makes it stuffy and gross, especially after a shower. My shower also was never hot for more than 3-5 minutes in total during a shower and my showers were typically freezing cold, even during the colder months. Overall my experience with the people and staff were great, however that does not outweigh my living conditions. Not only that but is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced, the accommodations might be good, but the housing itself is bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! You also can hear everything the neighbors were saying, it felt like i was living in close quarters. If you are desperate for housing like I was, I would recommend looking elsewhere before residing here! Also, the doors are stupid, having a door that requires battery changes, and then not having a spare key for incase it dies is crazy. You can easily get locked out if you don't immediately get it fixed.
