From the time we were introduced to now, Mr. Hampton has been a very kind, courteous, and aggressive realtor. He kept me informed on all new properties that met my needs, and was available 24/7. He is making my transition efficient, and smooth, great with military and is exceedingly knowledgeable. With his knowledge and professionalism, I was able to get the house on time with no complications. Otho was very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process of selling our home. Not even 5 days on the market we already several different showings along with different offers. Otho was the best we could ask for purchasing our very first home. Very professional but still very cool with us. I gave a VERY long list of houses I wanted to see. I’m talking a 2 page long list of addresses and then some more I sent through text and he tackled every one till I found the perfect home! No matter what time of the day or night I sent him a text on a home we wanted to see, he always responded very quickly. We were out viewing multiple houses every day after I got off work until we found our perfect home. He helped guide me through the whole house buying process step by step, even helped guide me through some of the loan process as we were clueless as first time home owners. The whole process was very fast and very smooth thanks to him. Definitely would recommend having Mr. Hampton as your realtor!
