Granted, construction is ongoing. I am very happy to be here. Downsized and perfect place. Sales and construction personnel have been very good, helpful, mannerly and open to communication. Customer service thru Goodall was fast. Wonderful, friendly neighbors. Perfect place for me!

Not attentive to details. Inadequate drainage around homes; inadequate sewer system, inadequate sprinkler installation. Unresponsive. Construction workers leave trash - food wrappers, beer cans, other drink containers everywhere. Goodall let’s trash dumpsters overflow.
