My husband and I are senior citizens and live nearly 3000 miles from our rental property in Georgia. I have rented a property that is managed by Skyline Properties for over four years. My experience with Dionne and the rest of the Skyline team has been very pleasant. While I generally deal with the property owner directly when a maintenance issue arises Dionne and the staff at Skyline have always responded promptly to all inquiries and requests. Their website is setup well for online rent payments and maintenance requests - another nice perk. I would recommend them to my friends and family based on my experience with them.

Thanks Skyline Properties! They have been renting my property for 5 years now, and it has been a tremendous relief to have them watching out for the property! RUN!!!!!

We rented a home from Skyline for three years, these people are incapable of handling anything. We were great tenants, kept up with the property in terms of maintenance requests, paid rent early every month,e ct. When it was time to move out, Skyline tried claiming that we should have painted the walls to cover "excessive damage" (no large holes were on these walls, we hung up frames and patched small nail holes). Guess what they tried to pull? Deducting $925 dollars from our security deposit to paint.

We ended up getting our money back, but only after battling and threatening legal action. We tried getting documents from the office, but it was an absolute nightmare dealing with Toni Glenn. She and DD failed to respond to emails, return calls,etc. When we did get a hold of someone, we got a terribly unprofessional attitude. This company lacks basic customer service skill, organization, and tried to completely rip us off and take the majority of our deposit for damage that didn't even exist.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache by renting with someone else.

Skyline Properties does a great job. My rental property is in Woodstock GA. When I moved out of the house, they came over to do the inspection and told me the small and important fixes which are important for the rental security such as to install a turn-knob-lock in the front door(so people do not need to find a key to unlock the door in case of emergency evac), and place CO detect and small fire distinguisher in the kitchen. These are very easy thing that I can do and they almost cost nothing, but greatly improved the safety of the rental property and more importantly reduced my liability in case of a fire damage. In the end, from posting the adds, it only took two weeks to rent my property out which saved my trouble to paying the unnecessary mortgage. They did background check for my tenants and provide good communication between the tenants and us. So far, my tenants has been staying in our house for 2 years and they love what they have.
Skyline property also help me buying my new house in East Cobb. Secured a very nice deal way below the market price in 2012. I saw my house value went up 16% from my buying price in 18 months!
We highly recommends Skyline Property, and we do recommends them to our friends.

She has always keep her word on anything she has promised me and people of integrity are hard to find these days.
