We had the most wonderful visit to Savannah!
This Airbnb was in the heart of the city, with easy walks or short drives to most of the attractions, shops and beautiful historic homes. It was tastefully decorated, Had a clean, updated bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. Everything we could want! Thank you so so much for taking exceptional care of us, for communication and customer service.
We would love to come back again!

We originally booked the home called Lazy Bones, but were contacted on our first day (as we were traveling to Savannah) to tell us that the home wouldn’t be available because it was under construction. I’m unsure why they wouldn’t have contacted us within a few days of our trip at minimum and instead waited until the first day of our rental. Talk about adding unnecessary stress to our travel day. They gave us only two options for an alternative home. One was nothing like the one we rented. It was dark and everything was old inside. We went with the newer of the two homes. The joke was on us though, because the pictures of the rental were 8 years old from when the home was first built. Very misleading.

We ended up staying at 320 East. The location was perfect. Right across the street from Kroger and just two blocks away from Forsyth Park and the trolly stop. It also had its own parking lot, even if that came with its own challenges. Our first day we got stuck in the parking lot because it rained that night and the gate to the lot malfunctions when it rains. When we first walked into our rental, we were surprised to find two mini fridges. Turns out the main fridge/freezer wasn’t working so they put these in the unit instead. Of corse they never mentioned anything when they gave us the choice of which rental to stay in. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer us any kind of refund for our inconvenience.

The home itself was very rundown inside. The listing pictures were from when the unit was just built and the home actually has a lot of wear and tear. There was dirt smudges all over the walls, scratches on the floor, mold in the grout on the shower, stains on the sofa. Not at all what we were expecting based on the listing pictures.

Exactly as described! Loved looking out the window to Forsyth Park to see different activities each day. I would have missed the farmer's market at Forsyth had we not looked out and seen it. The whole area is like a movie scene. Clean, friendly, walkable. The property was clean, spacious and cozy. Loved it!

What a wonderful find for our trip to Savannah! The Sanctuary on Gaston is beautifully restored and has great historic details like woodwork and windows that give it historic charm, while still being updated with all modern amenities. It is on the bottom of a two unit row house, but we did not hear any noise from upstairs at all during our stay. The courtyard is lovely and private and was a perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktail. It was in a fabulous location. We would walk to Forsythe Park or historic downtown. We even walked up the Starland district. Especially handy was a Kroger supermarket just 5-7 minute walk away. The Lucky Savannah management team was very helpful and easy to contact. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second time renting from Lucky Savannah Vacation Rentals, and both times went seamlessly. The new Carriage House is in a perfect location, being mere steps from River Street, only with none of the noise or hustle and bustle. We have family in Savannah, and have been traveling there for years, and I can honestly say from firsthand knowledge, this is hands down the best value in all of Savannah. It is actually nicer than is pictured in their listing...perfect for a couple who doesn't mind snuggling in a Queen bed. It has everything you need for your stay, including a washer and dryer, which is a wonderful amenity! We stayed for 5 nights for less than we could have stayed in a nice hotel for 2 nights...plus, at the hotel, no full sized kitchen, or laundry. I have told everyone I know about this place, and we will definitely be back.

Our stay at this property in historic Savannah was excellent. The accommodations were just right for us and you cannot beat the location. It's just a couple of blocks from famous Forsyth Park. All the amenities were great.

We loved this home, the location was perfect to everything we love to do in Savannah. It is located right on River street with a parking space! Having a balcony looking over River street was amazing and I enjoyed coffee out there every morning. We have stayed twice with Lucky Savannah and they are fantastic. I highly recommend this rental as it truly has everything you need for the perfect stay in Savannah!

The Cotton Manor was the perfect location for our visit. Everything was within close walking distance. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a huge advantage to have private parking in the alley. Straightforward check-in and out and great communication with property manager.
