The gym is great and the pool is so relaxing and clean! I love it now! Before we were all about to leave but SPM is really a great company!

Non stop problems since I moved in. Not to mention it's incredibly filthy, old buildings that haven't been updated or renovated properly. There is a SLUG INFESTATION in these apartments

The reason why I am leaving a review I have been here for two years. At least twice a month. The water shut off for maintenance repairs that the sewage company has nothing on file saying there is a complaint coming from Trails At Alabaster. My balcony door does not work. I have closets in my apartment that don’t have doors. I have cabinets in my apartments that are too short for the door so you can see right underneath them. I have had water leak after water leak so I have patches all in my ceiling. Twice this month our apartment complex has had electrical fires one I actually called in myself. This apartment complex is poorly ran I’m not gonna say it’s because of management maybe it’s ownership either way don’t move in here also, we didn’t have water the week of Christmas last year. So if these are the things you’re looking for an apartment complex to be overcharged for maintenance repairs that are not being fix this is a place for you.

If u don’t get approved it take u almost 2 months to get ur admin fee bk I’m still fighting to get mine bk I’m bout to contact someone else to resolve this issue cause when I can they don’t answer anymore knowing they owe me

My family and I have been tenants at this complex since November 2022. We started having issues with our apartment in December of the same year after a water leak from the apartment above ours caused damage to the unit. Up until July 2023 the problems hadn't been effectively dealt with and were basically swept under the rug by the previous property manager (Frederick McCray). Once new management took over, the maintenance that should've been done months ago was resolved within a couple of weeks. Chelsea (the new property manager) has made sure we could be comfortable in our home again and has accommodated us in any way possible. The only reason im rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because of my stay eith the previous property manager. I'm pleased with the turnaround of the complex thus far.

I have been here a little over a year, me and my family have been very comfortable here.
Frederick, the property manager, is great! She’s a “no bs” kind of manager and I love it.
And the maintenance man David is awesome, timely, and efficient! He even went out of his way and came back to my apartment and took a Christmas present that was left in front of my door inside for me so my daughter didn’t see it as we got home, so thoughtful!!
