We just bought a vehicle from, and it was a great transaction. We already had financing, so most of our process was done over the phone prior to arriving to pick up the vehicle. They let us take the vehicle that nightveven though our bank still needed to send the check. They were kind and helpful, and the process was short and sweet. It's possibly the easiest way I've ever done it. Most of all, our son is so proud of his new truck

I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler and was extremely pleased with the process and customer service. I live out of state so I had to rely on photos, video, and mostly the salesperson, Dutch Miller. Dutch went out of his way to make me comfortable with the Jeep and its condition. His communication was excellent. He worked with my transport company to ship the vehicle to me. He even offered to meet the driver after hours if necessary. My Jeep arrived the next day in perfect condition. Another shout out to Sales Manager Edwin Milstead. We worked to hammer out a good deal and he worked closely with Dutch to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. I highly recommend Edwin and his team!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here purchasing our CPO XT4.

Upon arrival, I was met directly by Brian (one of the partners) and he was exceptionally welcoming and friendly towards my wife and me. Despite our younger age, we were not treated as if we didn’t matter, which is the opposite from how we’ve often been treated at places like Mercedes and BMW.

Dutch helped us with the vehicle itself, from the test drive to the purchase, and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured, our questions and concerns were heard, and he made sure that we were comfortable the entire way.

Like I told Dutch, we’ve never before had a better purchase experience that this one at Cadillac of Birmingham, and we are excited to continue business with them for the foreseeable future.

David “Dutch” Miller was great to work with and so knowledgeable of the automobiles. He took so much time helping us to set up things in our vehicle that we purchased! I had a great experience at Cadillac of Birmingham. Everyone there was so professional and very accommodating. Xavier Taylor was my sales rep. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. than Xavier. Xavier is very knowledgeable and sharp. He took his time with us as we tested the car, looked it over... and made things happen when it was needed! Xavier is such an awesome human being to work with!
