Anne Marie went above and beyond on both the purchase of our house and the sale of it six years later. I can't recommend her enough. The fraudulently used my electric signature on an amendment that I never se nor agreed to go along with. As a first time buyer I would’ve never purchased a home with a capped fireplace. If I could give 0 stars I would. In Waynesboro and surrounding areas I see it’s all in who you know! It’s unfortunate that money speaks before morals and values. I used my Va loan to purchase a home that wasn’t and isn’t worth $160,000 it’s most definitely been hard..mold infested, old insulation, and much more. I can’t even live in the home now.

My wife and I are in the process of buying a house in Waynesboro Ga. We used Mary Yelton realty and dealt with Anne Marie Kyzer. Anne Marie has been magnificent and we would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home. She is very informative, very helpful, and always made herself available to help us whether it was over the phone or going out of her way to meet us at the residence. She has walked my wife and I through this entire process. Prior to this purchase we were talking with other realtors and none were as patient, helpful or pleasant as Anne Marie.
