We have rented from Kentuckiana Property for nearly a year and have had a great experience thus far. The office staff is easy to communicate with and they return calls within a timely manner. The maintenance staff has been phenomenal, especially Brian. We recently had a leak from our kitchen sink that left a puddle in our kitchen area and leaked into the laundry room. I took pictures of the damage and sent a maintenance request that morning and Brian came out to fix the issue the same day. Brian is knowledgeable about what he is doing and goes above and beyond to fix the issue. Brian also communicates well with what time he will arrive and provides updates on his arrival status. Thank you Brian for all of your hard work, we appreciate you!

My condo association has been using KPM as our property management company for a while now, and I couldn't be more pleased. I haven't had any issues that they haven’t been able to fix - and they've recently rolled out a new system that is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. A couple of times, I needed a little help getting the hang of it, and Amber was there to guide me every step of the way. She got me logged in quickly and made the whole process seamless. My patio home community hired Kentuckians Property Management in August 2023 after a 20+ year relationship with our old property management company. What a great decision we made! While transitions tend to be challenging, Travis, Samantha and the entire KPM team worked hard to make the transition as simple and seamless as possible for both owners and the board.

Immediately we noticed the quality of the repairs drastically improved, as did the record keeping. KPM keeps a digital record of repairs by unit, which proved to be quite valuable. They also strictly adhere to our HOA Master Deed and By-Laws and our 3 bid protocol for larger repairs and projects. The result has been significant savings of HOA funds and financial transparency we never had with our previous firm, who preferred to only work with their personal “buddies” at any cost. Our previous property manager commonly violated our By-Laws costing us thousands by paying for repairs the HOA was not responsible for. Having the owner of KPM, Travis Thomas, be a CPA sure has benefited our community. I would highly recommend Kentuckiana Property Management to any HOA looking to protect and enhance property values and HOA funds.

Prior to his arrival, Brian kept me updated on when he would be here to replace the kitchen faucet. He was very thorough and although he came across two problems that I was not aware of, he made a trip to the hardware store, purchased the materials, and made the repairs.
