I recently vacated an apartment rented from Augusta partners property management. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They rent substandard properties, the apartment I rented was infested with roaches lady bugs and wasps. All they said was my responsibility to get rid of. The property had no heat or insulation and the AC was barely functional. I left the apartment cleaner then when I moved in and they are keeping most of my deposit which I definitely feel should be given back due to the infestations of insects. No insulation and outdated electrical. DO NOT RENT FROM AUGUSTA PARTNERS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE SLUM LORDS.

We have rented multiple properties from them. This last one was absolutely unbelievable. We contacted them multiple times with issues within the home. They never came out of fixed anything. When we moved in the carpet was filthy and dirty when we moved out they charged us for stuff. That was wrong before we even moved into the apartments. This is one of the most horrible rental companies I have ever experienced in my life. If you read this review please please save yourself soon.i literally broke my kneck trying to make sure this home was OK before we left. They still found something to charge us for. Honestly they should be ashamed of the way day treat people.

I have used Augusta Partners for two years now, as they have been managing several of my properties. There are several aspects to the work that they do for me that deserve acknowledgement! I trust and respect the experience they bring and depend on their advice. Grace is wonderful to work with, thoughtful, considerate and professional. Shelley is attentive, friendly and follows through till the job is complete. Clyde is experienced, incredibly useful (I depend on him so much)! Great asset! I am very thankful for Augusta Partners! APPM managed one of my properties for 3 years. being in the military you hope you would have confidence in a company you’ve hired to properly take care of your property. They never did any checkups on my home and when they did “they never found anything wrong” and would charge $200 for inspection fee. Meanwhile my neighbors would tell me what was going on with my property had a tenant back into and damage the garage door but APPM didn’t notice any damage during their inspection. Not to mention payments are never sent on time or are even lost. They’ve lost checks sent by the tenants. I had gone 2 straight months without a payment, had to call every single day sometimes more that twice a day to ensure they were looking for my payment. If you are looking for a company to manage your property look somewhere else.

This company has truly gone downhill since John Youngblood left. I own one of the properties that they manage, and I don't get calls back. My tenant hasn't paid for two months, and Shelley refuses to call and give updates. I have to call and get information. On top of that, Grace Robinson, the New Director ducks and dodges all my calls. They are unprofessional, seem to be extremely lazy, and lack communication skills.

Update: the tenant has finally moved out of the home and I am working with a new property manager. My new managers say the house has a lot of damage and needs a lot of repairs. APPM has called it normal wear and tear and has handed the keys over. There have been holes drilled in my ceiling and the hardwood floors have been damaged.

Very unprofessional and will have you rent a house knowing you won’t have a stable place for longer than a year will not fix anything will lie and take your money raise rent loves to threaten you to get evicted for everything. Would never use them as a rental property all staff is very rude except Landrum he tries but it’s only so much he can do. If they had zero stars that’s exactly what they would have.
