I use Jessica Kramer as a realtor last year to buy a home. I was pregnant and very high risk. I lived 8 hours away, and was unable to view homes in person due to that, but needed a home soon as we were moving 2 weeks after my c section. I feel as if jessica took advantage of that and was just trying to make her money off of us and move on. My husband did most of the leg work on finding available houses in the area, and she just went to the house and did a video call with us so we could view it. The house that we ended up buying, she showed us very very briefly over video call and only showed us the good parts. She really talked the house up, and got us so excited to put an offer in on it. We did not see the house in person until our closing date (3 days before my c section). It was trashed. It was very dirty, and there were so many issues with the house that Jessica failed to point out for us through the video call, even with us asking specific questions. I know that ultimately, it’s up to my husband and I to do our due diligence with things, and we did to the best of our ability. We were heavily relying on Jessica to help us out though, as she was fully aware of our situation. We also went back to Banks Realty to address some of our concerns with April a few weeks after buying the house. She sent her brother out to look at our property to see if he could help us fix some things, as he worked in that field, but we never heard back from them. We called multiple times, and no one got back with us.

Long story short, we’re still dealing with the issues of this house and all of the lies we were told regarding it. Our realtor did not look out for us at all, and she acted as if it was only a paycheck for her. My recommendation is to find an agent who actually cares about you as a client and not just in it for the money.
