I moved from out of state and picked this apartment as my first home in Georgia. It has definitely been one of the best and most memorable places I’ve lived. Here’s a list of pros and cons:

Pros:
- Professional management and well-maintained property
- Quick response from maintenance and quiet environment
- Reasonably affordable, priced average
- Conveniently next to Athens Hwy
- Strong communication from management
- Monthly/quarterly pressure washing and pest control
- EV charging and plenty of parking
- Clean gym, bathrooms, and common areas

Cons:
- Occasional smoke/weed smell
- Inconsistent valet trash service
- Cluttered with pet waste in some areas
- Confusing building numbers

The cons are minor inconveniences and don’t significantly affect my quality of life

Overall, I’d love to stay longer if I could. I highly recommend this apartment!

Rosemont has a great staff. There staff are always friendly and helpful. I had an expensive package delivered to my door and left unattended mistakenly by USPS. When I called the office to let them know that I was fearing that the package would disappear, they retrieved my package and put it up for safe keepings.

Ever since the front office implemented an AI receptionist that can only perform the most basic of tasks, the leasing office never answers their phones anymore. This is especially concerning when you need more complex questions answered and can’t stop up front that day.

Also, policy changes have been made with zero notice. The pool used to be year round, now it is constantly closed. The trash used to be allowed up to 4 bags if you had a trash can, which was downgraded to 3 and again to just 2 with zero notice. They also took my extra trash can in the middle of the night and threw it away. They claim they didn’t, but the circumstances made it obvious it was them.

Also, the fire pit is constantly down. When trying to use it during the open hours, it NEVER has gas or lights up. Rosemont has seriously gone down hill since we moved in nearly three years ago.

This apartment complex is nice but this is the third time now that my packages have been stolen. I got a notification from my phone that I received a package and the delivery driver took a picture of it at my front door. I opened the front door and I see a man running up the stairs with my package. My neighbor came outside and said he just saw my package outside and then next thing I know I see my package being thrown off the balcony from the stairs and I see my package hit the ground. This is extremely ghetto.

Place is quiet for the most part.
My issue is the unreasonable rent and the added fees that randomly shows up. Those little added costs adds up. Example a new fee for trash(this is in addition to valet trash). You literally pay for trash twice. Very soon you will pay for parking. Before I renewed my lease I, I tried to have a conversation with the property manager about negotiating the rent amount because I realized they were leasing other units(similar to mine)for less than what I was being offered. The property manager looked through the glass and closed the door when she saw me. She then sent a message to the person at the front saying the rent is set by corporate and they can’t do anything about it. Pretty much I should sign or find somewhere else. Fast forward to now, I was given an option to call and have a discussion however there’s nothing that can be done because I already signed the lease. The problem I have is that I was NEVER GIVEN AN OPTION! So now with these new added fees that appear every month, your rent will easily be $2000++.
Rosemount is a nice place but they are getting ridiculously expensive.
They also have a new property manager and staff that is way more friendly. Previous management was condescending to certain type of folks.

Move in the spring of 2023 and everything was really nice. The neighbors were really sweet and I knew everyone in my building Management was easy and quick to respond to any questions or issues I had in my apartment. Last fall they sold the company and is now section 8 housing. If you know you know. Management team has changed, don't even come close to the last team. Most of the neighbors I knew almost all have left and replaced by people who speed in the area, trash the pool and gym and have no consideration of the people who live below. They let big families move on the 3rd and 4th floors. Most of my time st home are spent with loud noises furniture moving people jumping on the floor. My tv shook so much one day we went upstair tried asking them nicely if they could keep the noise level down not only did they respond disrespectful but soon after the noise got even louder. We could hear them slam the cabinets. The courtesy officer told us he couldn't do anything because it wasn't during quiet hours. And management said they contacted the family but nothing changed.

I’ve been living here for two plus years and everyday I’m starting to hate it more and more. These folks wants to nickle and dime you on everything. Never heard of you have to pay to park your car where you live. The garbage getting picked up the dumpster the gym the package room the pool to walk on the side walk. Dog poop and weed is everywhere . I hate it here

I have been living here for a few months and I love it , the staff is amazing and are always willing to help . I have not had an issue and I would recommend moving here if you enjoy a quiet neighborhood and upscale looking apartments .
