The only issue with them is I was told it was a 400 and something balance because it's got to be auctioned off but when I looked at my email I only owed $100. Instead of telling me that I can go clean it out and just pay the $120 clean it out I not gotta pay the 427 . This miscommunication or not enough communication.

I love the 24 hr convenients. Parking lot is always clean and the buildings are in perfect shape. When I first got here I did not lock my unit properly and the maintenance person contacted the main office they called me and let me know. I appreciate the honesty of the groundsmen. I have told all my friends that if they ever need a storage facility Federal 10 Storage is the not only the best place but the only place to use.

Been an excellent place to work with. I even got caught in a tough spot this year and they did give me ample time to pay and tons of communication to explain everything in the process. I will continue using them as they have been Great with customer service too.

I do not recommend at all !!!!
Believe me when I tell you that the first month is not free. You
Will pay for it before your moved out of there.
I moved my things out they told me I would have my bill
Pro rated and I get the rest back .I wasn't told it had to be out by
The 5th . I got my things out the 7th . If I had known I would have gotten my things out two days sooner .
I've paid so much to store my things there it's ridiculous.they
Even went up on my rate. I thought we had a contract.

This is the most cleanest storage facility I’ve ever used! And they give you a truly expensive lock when you rent one or more of their building’s and the rooms are bigger than anyone of the others I’ve used or been told about! So if you are looking for a safe inexpensive storage building, then you really want to come here👍🏼
Trust me you will not regret it!!
