we received keys to our place on 28th of December. We have not been very happy with the move-in. Upon arrival we were disgusted at how dirty the home was. We took several photos of cobwebs (in highly visible areas leaving us to believe the “cleaners” just didn’t even try), urine all over the toilet seat and around the base of the toilets, hair and dust in the bathtubs and showers, a disgusting mess in the pantry where it looked as though vegetables had rotted and spilled through the shelves into the floor, walls were filthy around the light switches, something splattered on the wall in the livingroom and across the blinds, and there was pen/pencil marks on several doors and in the closet. We contacted someone about this and they basically said “did you not expect to clean when you moved in“. We sent over all of the time stamped photos and then heard nothing back. We are highly displeased with the level of customer service after spending so much money to secure the lease. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Stone Creek is a wonderful place to live. The community is well kept and is professionally managed. The community manager, Onviana Whitelow, is a big part of that. We have not rented a home in 30+ years, so there was a bit of a learning curve. Despite her many responsibilities, Onviana was always willing to assist. She is cheerful, knowledgeable and professional. The only reason we give her 5 stars is because we can't give her 10 stars! Keep up the good work.

Stone Creek is a beautiful kept community w/nice amenities. It’s very clean and quiet. My experience w/Stone Creek has been so much better since Onviana Whitelow has shown up. Truly thankful for her speedy responses and conflict resolution. She’s such an asset to both the community AND company.

I moved in recently and needed some help getting settled in. I went to the Amenity Center. There I met Onviana Whitelow who has been kind and very helpful to me and my family. I've been several times and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help us with all questions and concerns. The houses and community is very nice and very clean. Never had a problem with anyone or anything in the neighborhood!

Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I absolutely would! We have had the absolute worst experience living here with these property managers. We have had a bunch of property managers and they all sucked, no response for days, we had to email them several times just to get a response, they will give us a property manager and then we will email them just to find out they are no longer our property manager they just switched them and didn’t tell us and they have done that multiple times. We are currently in the process of moving out and I can’t get in contact with ANYONE for any questions that we have about the process! So if you get Marissa smith or Niger bryant as your property manager don’t expect any contact besides your first week staying there. Stone creek is a very nice neighborhood but the management is terrible! I will be leaving another review after our move out to let you guys know how that process went because I’m sure it will be bad as well if this is already the start.
