I can’t say enough great things about DJ and his support team. We had a situation where an upstairs toilet leaked through to the first floor and was dripping in to the dining room below. Our plumber recommended them.

The team came in, broke out the situation in to phases, provided a quote, and got to work immediately. They did all of this while I was traveling for work and didn’t mind dealing with the increased pressure I added, as I asked a billion questions; questions they had already answered to my family (who had to deal with everything directly in my absence.) This even included calls after 7pm on a Friday.

That Saturday, the technician (DJ) showed up to get the containment work started. He was a pleasure to work with and incredibly patient as he worked through showing and explaining each step. That following week, he came in and collected all the equipment and explained the next steps in the process, which is restoration.

Everything went well and we now have a functional bathroom and dining room again.

Austin, Allie, Jarrett, Trynity and Bo have been by far been the best at communication and making this entire process go seamlessly smoothly. Jaret and Trynity are top notch workers! These guys are an asset to your company. When they said “We’ll be at you house at 9:30, guess what, they were here at 9:30!” Rare these days for anyone to be on time, so the fact they arrived on time was awesome! These guys are extremely professional too. The mess they made, they also cleaned up. As I said, very professional. It was also nice to see a well-kept work vehicle.
