I’ve been living here almost a year now Tamisha thank you for the smoothest move in ever! I absolutely love it! I have no complaints! I have not seen not one bug in my apartment and anytime there’s a problem the Matience team always handles it expeditiously. Tamisha has been ”AMAZING” seriously the best and super helpful! She makes living here so comfortable. Her personality makes you want to just stay. Literally the best customer service. The whole office staff is honestly amazing keesha and Aubrey They are very professional! I am looking forward to staying here! Not to mention I feel so safe here! If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! They always have something for the community and I love that the most! Thank y’all for a safe environment eagles Brooke especially with children!

The Halloween event and thought put into the community for holiday/seasonal events is always really grand. Very nice with the upgraded fire pit and overall thoughtfulness for the community. Eagles Brooke has been a great place to call home for the past few years I’ve been here.

These apartments are a complete disaster, and I will be reporting them to code enforcement. They do not follow basic housing or safety standards. The property is poorly maintained — breezeways are filthy, covered in spider webs, trash, and the smell of cat urine. A new, competent groundskeeper is desperately needed.

Apartments are not even cleaned thoroughly before move-in. You’re expected to live in a dirty unit from day one, which is unacceptable.

Maintenance is lazy and unreliable. Most requests are ignored or poorly done, and the crew spends more time riding around and watching TV than actually fixing anything. It’s clear they don’t take pride in their work or care about residents’ needs.

Management is just as bad. Keesha is unprofessional, dismissive, and shows no concern or support for residents. Communication is nonexistent, and follow-through is worse.

This place is also unsafe. There have been car break-ins, and the so-called “gated community” is not gated at all. People constantly sneak in and out of both the entrance and exit gates. The complete lack of security is extremely concerning.

They also scam residents with ridiculous fees — charging $5 just to process a money order, which is absurd. It’s my money, and I should be able to choose how to pay without being penalized.

To top it off, the area is infested with wasps and yellowjackets — nests are everywhere, making it dangerous to even walk outside.

Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. This place is a joke. Do NOT live here.

I just moved here as a young college student and I absolutely love this place. First off, Tameisha and her staff run the office so well. This is my first time moving out of my parents home, so I had a lot of questions. Tameisha and I talked multiple times each week leading up to move in. She always answers any questions or concerns I have had. I am so thankful for this staff welcoming me and treating me so well. The entire process was so easy and so so quick. I honestly can’t think of any complaints for this place. There’s so much outdoor living space throughout the complex and a very nice pool and gym. Everyone I’ve met so far throughout the complex has been so friendly and welcoming.

I love Eagles Brooke Apartments! I have lived here for two years, and I am blown away by the hospitality. The maintenance team is amazing, and I love the walking trail at the apartments. The only reason I am leaving is to find a community with more amenities. However, I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a homey feel—this is the place for you!

Have lived here for 3 1/2 years! Outstanding office staff and timely service for any and all repairs! Have always felt safe on the property! Trash service, a pool, gym and pet park make this property perfect for all families! Come see what Eagles Brooke Apartments has to offer!

I have given Eagle’s Brooke Apartments Locust Grove, GA 302-48 a five star rating. The apartments are very nice clean updated and the staff is so helpful. Always there for you and always willing to help with any concerns that you may have. The grounds are kept clean and the scenery is beautiful.

Let me mention, before this review, I showed Chandler Residential the videos and photos below and they said that it was is okay and didn’t see an issue.

These apartments are the worst in Henry County. Consider Station 75.

This review is not reflective of the assistant leasing manager Tanisha but the overall management company, Chandler Residential.

This place is infested with stray and diseased cats. They won’t go away. Also, the neighbors feed them. They place food and water outside for the cats, rabbits, and snakes to eat. I’ve never seen anything like this. I ended my lease earlier due to the unsanitary conditions. My dog even suffered. We would go outside and he would get red bumps, skin blisters, and red rashes. Im considering legal action against Chandler Residential.

I wouldn’t recommended for kids, pets, nor humans occupy any unit they have.
