Be aware, don't buy houses from this builder. The quality of the house is cheap and not worth the money. I was having so problems with the whole house building process. It was one thing after another. From broken cabinet to wet moist between the carpet and plastic. It got to the point where I was willing to lose my earnest money and find another house. Which I did and find a much better house and deal
