We decided we wanted to buy a house unexpectedly. She quickly (that evening) got to work and got our offer in. I’m an anxious person and I have A LOT of questions. Kate answered any and all of my silly questions and made sure that we were well represented and that our desires were met. Anything I requested Kate made happen. She recommended a great inspector that came out and told us everything we needed to know. She came out multiple times to check on our property and make sure that everything was correct and up to date. She went out of her way to help me design my home because I was so stressed out about it. Her expert advice, professionalism, experience and care for her clients is above exceptional. Also thank you to Arlene Owens who kept us informed with important dates through out the 6 month process!

Working with Amber is amazing! She is a great realtor that works so hard to please her client, as well as the buyer. We have sold several properties with her as our agent. Kate Bell is the ABSOLUTE GREATEST!! She was attentive to our many needs and specifics on what we wanted in a home (even last minute requests for showings). She was very patient and encouraging even when we were exhausted with the search for our new home.
