I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Reliant. Shannon was amazing during the entire process, whether helping us finalize the choice of our lot and getting all the home details in place and under contract to keeping us posted weekly on the building process. She was patient and kind when we had questions or concerns. Reliant offers so many upgrades and options, but they do not push them on you. Doug oversees the building of the homes as if they were his own. He is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He has continued to be that we even months after we closed. We'll miss seeing him in the neighborhood when the last house sells. Kandy at the design center helped us so much with our choices. Again, there are many upgrades, but she did not pressure us at all to upgrade. Tammy did our 3 hour walk through before closing to address any issues we had and go over details. We did have a few things to come up, but it was taken care of easily and to our satisfaction. The materials are high quality and the contractors are top-notch and local. We continue to use them while having some more things done in our basement. The folks at Reliant truly do want you to love your new home and we do!!!

During the entire experience I felt like Reliant truly had our best interest at heart. This house has had the least amount of issues of any house we have built. This is our retirement home, but if we were to build another home I would definitely seek a Reliant neighborhood.
