This review is long overdue but I have to commend Tandy King and the Ashton Woods team for getting me into the home of my dreams! Everyone during the entire process was knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive in this process. I am a first time home buyer and was very fearful to start this process but they have made it so smooth. Thank you all so much especially Tandy!

The Pointe at Heron Bay does not disappoint. The community had everything my Fiancé and I wanted in our first home. The community is very quiet, our home was beautifully designed, and its a place where we can grow our family.
We had the pleasure of working with Tandy King. She is absolutely amazing. She walked us through the entire process and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to ensure that we got into our home effortlessly.
I would also like to mention the wonderful work of Tom. He made sure everything was completed in our home before closing.
Our experience as first time homebuyers was incredible.

A pleasure working with Tandy King! She was there throughout the entire process in helping my clients relocating get into their new dream home.
