My experience with Kim Mason was marred by a significant communication gap, especially during the critical bidding process.

While Kim seemed knowledgeable about the real estate market, her approach to client communication was lacking.

The most disappointing aspect was not being directly informed about the outcome of our house bid. Instead, we were left to discover for ourselves that another bid had been accepted by looking at the posting online, leading to a disheartening experience.
