I have been approved for a loan, and the representative with initials RM told me that if I came with my lender instead of using, the lender they provided (DHI) that they would sell to someone from their lender approval FIRST before selling to me. After speaking with an attorney....THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW! Definitely will be filing a complaint and looking into moving forward with legal action.
