It’s very hard to get maintenance to come out and fix things, I have been waiting for over a month for a part for my refrigerator and I followed the process to arrange a repair. I also think that peep holds should be put on every door so we can see who is outside of the door before you open it. There are a lot of seniors that live here and that isn’t safe. I’m handicap so it makes it unsafe for me to get to front. One good thing is it is very quiet here which means a lot. But I don’t think there are enough office hours during the day and the air filters and the fire extinguishers haven’t been replaced since the other maintenance worker left. And the new owners should have a meet and greet so we can meet the tenants.

It is quiet and I feel safe living here. The grounds are kept up and clean, as well as the office staff and maintenance are nice. Also, maintenance is fast and reliable.
