I had the pleasure of visiting Landings at Sweetwater Creek Apartments, and I was blown away! The property is absolutely stunning, with modern and thoughtfully designed apartments and beautifully maintained community amenities. It's clear that a lot of care goes into making this a fantastic place to call home.

What really stood out to me was the incredible staff. They were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Their dedication and friendly attitude create such a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Landings at Sweetwater Creek is more than just an apartment complex—it's a true community. Whether you're looking for a new home or just stopping by, I highly recommend checking it out. Kudos to the amazing team for all that you do!

I just want to acknowledge Danny and Thomas for their professionalism yet Kindness and efficiency to all my Maintenance issues. When I have a maintenance issue I am always assured that it will be taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. They enter my home with the care and respect of my property unlike some of the vendors I have recently encountered who leave a mess and trash for me to clean up. I have seen quite a few Techs come an go but these two well let’s just say I will be sad to see them go. I hope Management keeps them on board.

Professionally managed pleasant staff. Clean and well maintained grounds. Lots of open floor plants to choose from with natural light. Also, this is an ideal location with easy access to many services. If you're looking for a retreat from the daily grind, put Sweet Water Landings on your short list and tour this in person.

This is a great community to stay in! Washers and Dryers are included in your apartment which is a rare find. The community is kept clean and repairs are handled quickly.

I recently move in at Landings At Sweetwaters. I wanted to thank Darryl and Jerome for having ready my apartment, it looked and smelled really nice. I love my balcony ❤️

Do not move here these are the worst apartments in the Douglasville area there was 2 occasions I paid my rent and they couldn’t find the check even though it was in their possession sent police to my door where my newborn was asleep banging leaving a eviction notice also I moved oct 1 it’s now December 7th and I have yet to receive my full deposit back. They are tricking people the model looks nothing like the real thing they have roaches and mold in units they will tell you it’s condensation. The bath tubs are deteriorating save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this please

Beautiful community that’s tucked away, very peaceful! The office staff has been great assisting me, maintenance responds quickly to an issues that come about.

Unfortunately, we’ve been here a few years, so we would know the actual experience here that they try to hide. Everyday we have to fight ROACHES here, they claim the property isn’t infested but it is. On several occasions, I have tried to use the laundry facility in the evening, it would be crawling with vermin. This is an unsafe place to be if you have children or a family, DO NOT expose yourself to this type of constant fear. Always having to walk around your own apartment with a flashlight and unable to live in the peace you pay for every month. It’s been reported and management basically told me it isn’t their problem! Stay far away from here or be forced to experience vermin consistently!
