This was my first time buying a house and Rosa Willis was my agent. We found a house and she made the process so freaking easy. She also set me up with a lender, who also made the mortgage process easy. All in all, Ayers Realty is definitely y company I would recommend.

JUST AN FYI FOR ANY HOMEOWNER..

As first time homebuyers, we purchased our home in Douglasville in November 2018. Rosa Willis was our real estate agent. She was very kind and very helpful BUT beware you NEED to ask for a septic tank inspection BEFORE you buy your home. Rosa did not mention this to us, nor does she mention this to her clients (she told me over the phone). We've been in our home less than two years, and we're now displaced due to our septic tank overflowing into our home. This issue with the septic tank is that it was the original septic tank/field lines so they ALL need to be replaced. ALSO, the ground did not perc, SO we're having to move the field lines on the other side of the driveway. Since homeowners insurance doesn't cover the septic tank, we've had to pay $13,000.00 to get back into our home.

Moral of the story, since Beth Ayres will not add the septic tank inspection to their contract (like Keller Williams; their agents HAVE to ask the buying if they'd like a septic tank inspection) and Rosa won't ask you. REQUEST A SEPTIC TANK INSPECTION BEFORE YOU BUY!

Also, on a side note, I'd also recommend you to find your own inspector for the home inspection because the inspector that Rosa Willis recommended, missed 3 HUGE things, and we didn't have hot water inside for 2 months since he didn't test the water in the bathroom (WE ONLY HAVE ONE BATHROOM IN THE WHOLE HOME). He had to refund the $495.00 we paid him for the inspection.

Rosa Willis is very nice, and I know she's been a real estate agency for 25 years, just do your research and ASK FOR THE INSPECTIONS!!
