THE BEST!!! I was working with a previous agent last year for about three months and things just weren’t working out. So I was referred to MHRG by a friend and they were a complete lifesaver! I had looked at over 10 homes with the previous agent and submitted offers on 5 and none of them got accepted or even received counters. After speaking with Amy and discussing my wants and needs in a house, we went out and looked at two homes (JUST TWO) and I fell in love with one of them. I told Amy I wanted to submit an offer but wanted to be strategic with it considering the “luck” I had with all the other offers I had submitted. Amy said she understood and totally agreed and said she would reach out to the selling agent to determine what the seller was looking for and we would go from there. Well she did that and I submitted my best offer and was under contract the next morning and closed within 30 days! Amy and her team were able to do in 30 days what the previous agent wasn’t able to do in 3 months. They are awesome. I moved in about a month ago maybe less. Have had no issues what so ever to be a big concern. Between Cindy and Amber I must say they are the best in getting things done in a quick matter. I did put in a request and the following day it was done. They are a awesome group and I will continue to rent with them until it’s my time to buy a house. Maybe in the future I may even buy from them because they do for the people. Since the first time I called and spoke with Amy McCoy about my interest in purchasing a home she was extremely pleasant and seemed dedicated to helping me find my first home. The following week she took me out to see five houses. Her attention to detail was immaculate as she ensured that I knew about the development within the area as well as the history of each home. We had the WORST representation by a sellers' agent, Amy M., at this realty group. She failed to properly vet potential buyers for our home, and consequently, we had a parade of un-qualified buyers sent to view our home. The last potential buyer failed to pay earnest money for the pending deal, and Amy M. made no effort to obtain the earnest money. We found out that the money had not been paid 2 days before the proposed closing date, and when the deal fell through (because the proposed buyer was not qualified from the beginning), Amy and MHRG took NO responsibility for the complete failure of a primary fiduciary responsibility of a real estate agent.
Dealing with group was a big mistake. They should NOT be in business.

If you’re a homeowner and looking for someone to manage your property… USE THIS COMPANY!! I was a previous tenant and they managed my townhome and I want to thank them for the years they helped me. They resolve issues in a timely manner, return calls/emails promptly and have resolved all issues and concerns I’ve ever had. I’m just taking a moment to give this review because I’m still at the property but unfortunately a new company has taken over and it’s been a nightmare!! I’m not sure the reason of the change of new management but I sure do miss dealing with you all!

10, 10, 10s across the board!!! We started our ambitious goal to sell and buy a house at the same time. Amy McCoy came highly recommended.
