When I tell you that PMU is AMAZING please believe me.. I’ve been renting from this group for almost 2 years and they have been incredible to deal with.. Glenn and the entire team are people and they understand what’s needed. I’ve only had to contact them 2 times for repairs in almost 2 years and I when I say “they are on it” I mean it.. very responsive and sharing what’s needed to get it done.. This entire experience has been Amazing from renting and they turned around my doubt from renting into a very positive attitude towards renting..

The only thing I have a complaint about is why they don’t give you at least until the 5th before charging a late fee. I feel like that is unfair to individuals who may get paid a day or so after the 1st and then on the 2nd they charge a late fee of $125? I have never lived anywhere where this has been done. Like I feel ppl should be able to get at least up until the 5th before charging a late fee. Also my neighbors are the worst with the noise but other than that where I live is decent.

** UPDATE**
After I submitted the initial review, I was promptly contacted by another staff member notifying me that a new refrigerator would be delivered to me the next day (it was.) I also got a call from one of the owners who apologized and compensated me with a gift card to take care of my items that I had to dispose of. Vasty also called me as well an offered an apology for how the situation was handled. All of this took place within a week of the original review. I explained that all I wanted was to get answers and resolve to an urgent matter and not be treated like I was being unreasonable, rude or problematic. In the end that is what happened.

Vasty the "property manager" is very unprofessional and has a tendency to talk down to tenants. Refused to give me her last name and didn't want to give me the owners name. This isn't the first time I have had to keep my cool with her.
It's almost 100 degrees and my fridge was damaged further by a repair person whom was supposed to be repairing it. I had to go to the office to get an update because no-one bothered to notify me that the fridge would have to be entirely replaced. Now I have food that will probably spoil. I have renters insurance as she reminded me that is what renters insurance is for. I am aware of this but the fact that I wasn't notified until I inquired about it and received unprofessional and condescending attitude from Vasty once again, is beginning to be a bit much. I am sure this rating means nothing to her but for me it will at least hopefully get the attention of the owners of PMU.

The good reviews have to be fake. Getting maintenance to come out is like pulling teeth. 90 degrees in Georgia and they don’t want to send anyone to look at the ac. We regret signing a 2 yr lease with them. They have tried to make us responsible and pay for every single maintenance request we’ve put in. They admitted to us that before moving us into this property that they didn’t have anyone properly inspect it and that we would be able to just let them know if we had issues. Well there’s been a ton of issues and we keep getting threatened with having to pay for maintenance and issues we did not cause. We are at the point of finding out what our rights are as tenants.

I had been complaining about mold coming from the a/c unit for months. Only to be told there wasn't any there. They lied to my face when i had taken pictures of it. Instead they sent jason down to just wipe it off. I had gotten sick for a 1 1/2 going to doctors, ER, test after test etc. Only to find out there were mold in the walls at 503 Westpark place Lithia springs, Ga. 30122. They hurried me out the same day. Instead of putting me up in a hotel until they solved the problem. They tired to place me in another mold infested apartment. These apartments all have dangerous levels of mold toxins in them. I have seen it with other people that lived there. The apartments was under water in the flood of 2009. They don't want insurance to get involved because they know they will be coded and possibly condemned. I now have a rare condition called sacridosis and other health issues from those deadly mold toxins. Which they did nothing about when I addressed it time after time. On top of that they changed my locks to keep me out of the apartment which I was still under lease for and still had my key. They are criminals and I'm looking for a good lawyer They knew of my sickness also and I couldn't work. But that didn't stop them from serving eviction papers either. Shelia and Jennifer think their above the law. But only GOD has that much power.

The people up at this property management company care. From the office staff to the people that come out to inspect. They’re all great people. They always answer the phone. They always do their best to resolve any issue at hand. Had an issue with my ac and they sent someone out to replace the entire system the same week. Most property management companies I’ve dealt with have been awful but not these guys. I’m extremely satisfied with how they dealt with the whole process. They made everything so easy from move in to move out. As long as you’re a good tenant and take care of them they will definitely take care of you. 0 complaints from me. Thank you all so much for renting to us we really enjoyed working with you guys!!

I have been working with PMU for over 20 years and I find them absolutely wonderful. They always listen to any requests I have and they take care of any problems I have with tenants immediately. Been here for almost 3 years and management is very helpful and understanding. My rent has been consistent for the most part Ofcourse it will go up every year as the economy changes which is to be expected but not too outrageous. Whenever I call someone is always happy to help and whenever I need help in my place they’re pretty good at sending someone out or communicating with me if they’re busy . Pest control comes out consistently and grass and weeds are manicured when needed .
