After living here for 3 years, I wanted to write an updated review.
I STRONGLY recommend not renting with hendley properties. I Live in magnolia village and they are raising my rent from 800 to over 1100, and they are doing the same to everyone in the building.
They haven't done ANY upgrades, my unit has WINDOW UNITS right now. The insulation is so bad that in the summer, the Electric bill has been over 300 just to keep it 76 degrees.
They will screw you over, not fix anything well, charge you rent up the a**, and not let you know when they are breaking into your unit.
Last review I left was because I caught hendley in my unit on camera without notification. Ginny Hendley called me to smooth it over, but she no longer works there because her (grand?)father didn't think she was raising the rent enough
I highly recommend that anyone currently living here get cameras.

Property has been fine for a college student. Team has been responsive to needs. They started a new process to for a guarantor this year and to say it is invasive is an understatement. Unless you are comfortable giving them way too much personal information, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Had an amazing experience living in Planters Row. Lived there for three years with no problems or complaints. Mrs. Holly was a phenomenal landlord who is always available to her tenants. Definitely the spot to live in statesboro while in school.

I just moved into Hendley Properties and they are awesome! Not only are you moving into well-built properties, you are going to experience very thoughtful and conscientious management. JD and Ginny are top notch and are fast acting to any issues. Their waiting list is well-earned! Sissy, the pup pictured, also gives 5 stars!

I have only been living with Hendley Properties for a few weeks now but I must say I feel right at home. Every question or concern I have had while staying with them has been answered in a timely manner and the staff has treated me with the utmost respect. I have enjoyed every second of my short time living here and really appreciate just how professional the staff is and how they treat everyone. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend choosing Hendley Properties as your next home.

Hendley Properties is the absolute best place to stay in Statesboro! This place is family run and they make you feel like part of their family too. My apartment is very well kept up and any issues that come up get fixed very quickly. Alex and Chris at the office are also some of the most professional and dedicated people I have met. Anything you bring to them will get taken care of in a very timely manner!

I have only lived here for about 5 months out of my 12 month lease so far but I literally have no complaints. The people at the front office are always SOOOOO friendly and helpful. The lawn was a little wild when I moved in but I called about it and ever since then it’s been kept. Maintenance issues get settled within a day or two, very nice apartment and they even take our trash out to the road for us! Definitely my best experience renting thus far- couldn’t be happier 🙂

Everyone at this office is to nice. Alex has been so helpful my entire time living with Hendley Properties. Any time I need anything they are so fast to respond and maintenance is so nice and is always there within a day or two to replace or fix whatever you need. I highly recommend living with Hendley Properties!
