We are so lucky to have Sentry and Megan Sweat as our property management. We have a depth of support, both in regard to property care and our financials. Our on site manager posts her hours and is rarely out of the office-when she is, she is on property dealing with our needs. Depth of document and legal work is unmatched. I recently had to make a visit to sentry due to some personal issues and was assisted by a woman named Josh. During my encounter she was very professional and polite while I was in distress. She helped alleviate my concerns and was able to solve the problem immediately. She also followed up with me after my visit to make sure that my issue was resolved completely. Very welcoming and also very friendly. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to working with her in any other issue I have, should one occur.

I have not had many reasons to contact Sentry Management, and this particular instance was not very urgent, but the response that I received for assistance to remedy my problem with my key App for the community center was fast. They were apologetic even though the problem was from my phone dumping the app. I received a new pin and was good to go. So far, I would consider the response great.
