David Karp was our realtor for 3 real estate purchases in the past 11 years. David is a real professional. After our most recent purchase, the selling realtor commented to us "he did a really great job" (referring to David). Everybody working with David is impressed with his quality of service.

I can't recommend David enough. I wouldn't pick any other realtor in the Atlanta area other than him.

Our most recent purchase was our dream home which cost more than $1million. There was some complexity to this purchase, and it was wonderful to have David's knowledge and expertise helping us along the way.
