Will and his team kept me updated through every stage of the loan. He explained all the my clients’ options to them and checked in with them along the way. Will, Gavin, and Sarah did an outstanding job with our home loan application process. We were at the tail end of selling our home in another state, and made a move on a house in Woodruff at the same time. Will's team took the reins and allowed us to close in less than three weeks. The responsiveness and the follow through was outstanding. We were able to close on the new home without a hitch. The reason I would recommend to others is that if you want to pick up the phone and call Will, he will answer and send as much time as you need with him. He never tried to push us off to anyone else. He even worked through a tropical storm and the resulting power outage to make sure we could still close on time. I couldn't have asked or a better experience or a more dedicated team.

I have had to go through the mortgage process a few times before and I have to say that Will's team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not to mention the communication effort was monumental through all steps in the process. My closing took about 15 minutes because of all the e-signing I was able to do previous to the actual meeting. And from start to finish I I was in my home 3 weeks after getting the ball rolling. That is a record for anything I've experienced in the past.
