I'm currently renting from PMI. I've been here less than a year, but so far I have no complaints. The maintenance team seems to be pretty efficient and quick in getting repairs handled and the online site to request maintenance is pretty easy to navigate.

So far the only down side has been the exuberant fee they charge to use your credit card, even with you're set up for auto payments.

Application process was easy but otherwise this rental has been awful. Moved in October 1st and have had issues with the apartment from the beginning.

0 urgency for maintenance requests. I had a water leak which went through the ceiling downstairs every time I showered for 2 1/2 months, it wasn't until the place started flooding that they actually fixed it.

The first picture is the 'repair' they did on the huge hole in the ceiling today (which also took 3 weeks for them to come out and fix). It looks a hot mess! They also re-RE-finished the tub and it is peeling again after a month. ALSO, the power also went out so I had no lights or working appliances or outlets for days.

And, I have had instances where maintenance/the 'vendors' will say they're coming and then they don't show up. Or will reschedule a few minutes before the appointment.

Cheap repairs. No level of care of the property. Literally falling apart.

We reside at The Beverly Unit 102, 4905 Highway 58, Chattanooga. I will say our experience on move in was challenging. I believe the onsite manager was not in sync with the vision of other managers. Transparency and response to requests was undesirable. This is our second year in Unit 102 and I will say PMI managers, Brooke and Andrea have turn a 360 to the positive. The Rentvine platform is great. They have secured great maintenance crews. The response to requests is very timely. The communication has improved immensely. Thank you Brooke and Andrea and PMI for improving The Beverly.
