If you're looking for a great agent who will give you good advice and always keep your best interests in mind, then I highly recommend Kelly Johnson of Gilleland Realty. I inherited my parents' house. Kelly shared her expertise and market knowledge to let me know what did and did not need to be updated before the sale. She helped me get the home sold quickly within the time frame I was aiming for. She's very experienced and a great communicator, while also being very laid back and fun to be around. She was always my advocate and I could not be happier with my experience with Kelly and with Gilleland Realty. I'll be using Kelly again in the coming months when it's time to sell my house, and their commercial sales side next year for a commercial property I have as well. Kelly and the Gilleland team are awesome and I'm so glad I chose them!

I came to Amy & Lee at Gilleland Realty on the recommendation of a friend, and I could not pass that recommendation on to anyone reading this strongly enough. My brother, sister and I were tasked with selling our late father's house in Lincolnton, and we had next to no experience with the estate process and selling a house. Amy & Lee (and really the entire office) handled our situation with care, sympathy, and great attention to detail. They explained the process and what they needed from us, they answered every question quickly and happily, and they made us feel like we were in the best hands through every step of the process. Communication was always immediate and to the point as we worked to get the house ready to sell. When the house went on the market, they constantly advertised it and gave us immediate feedback after showings. They helped us find a fair price for us and the eventual buyers, and when we closed, I believe all sides involve left happy with the conclusion. Throughout the entire time, they made us feel like friends first, and clients with a property second.
