First of all and most importantly was the speed that everything was getting done. Prior to Silverton, we applied with a different lender and it took him 2 months to get an yes or a no for pre-approval. With Silverton the paperwork and responses were done in a super timely manner. Also Mrs. Erin always explained things very clearly and easy to understand as I sometimes have trouble , English is my 4th language. I would absolutely recommend Silverton and Mrs Erin 100%.
