We highly recommend going with Hughston Homes. This isn't our first home so we weren't new to the process. However the service and care that we received from the entire team was something that we never experienced before. Everyone on the team from our realtor (Micah), to the lender (Mitch), to the build team, to the closing lawyer David, were super helpful and answered every question. It was a great and exciting experience.

BEWARE- My family and I bought a home from Hughston Homes last month . The service is absolutely horrible. We were left with an unfinished home and NO communication. We were left with electrical problems, unfinished cabinets, and basically an unfinished house.

We have talked to several people. They will say they will come out and no one shows.

The lack of communication is very unprofessional.

We have no lighting outside. We have a cabinet sitting in our garage and an empty hole in our kitchen.

My family are new to the area, due to my fiancé retiring from the military.

We was very excited for our first buy, but it has left us very frustrated with the lack of communication.

I would hate for someone else to spend this much money and have the same experience.

My wife and I just recently closed on our house in Quaker Knoll and everything throughout the process couldn't have been more simpler and welcoming. Immanuel was an absolute godsend constantly being there for us whenever we had any questions day or night. Quick to respond and available. He always made an effort to get us all the information we wanted between builders, lenders, and management. We now have a beautiful stylish home and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Excited to be apart of Phase 2 and to see new neighbors pop up! Come get your plot! They're going quick! The neighborhood is welcoming and growing! The Hughston Homes team were courteous and do an amazing job in their craft. Love every single aspect of the process, people involved, and of course the house.

Working with Micah and Hughston Homes was nothing short of amazing from beginning to end. Micah was very proactive with showing me the properties of interest even before I came for a visit. He would go to the property and face time me to show me all the amenities. He’s super passionate about his line of work, very patient and honest. Yet, confident about the company he represents. The whole team was stellar, especially the loan officer Mitch whom I was referred to through Micah. They all went above and beyond to make sure I closed in a timely manner and all of my goals were met. The process was seamless even through some of the challenges. Overall I was pleased with the build of my new home. From start to finish we were updated properly and not many delays with the build. They also have excellent upgrades to the home such a luxurious and comfortable shower along with gas or electric options.
