Recently had a viewing of the model scheduled and it was amazing! Lawrence confidently answered all questions we had, and was able to give insight on different options available within the Mansfield style home. Lawrence was very professional. Upon ending the viewing, Lawrence handed off a packet detailing the home in said style and options for financing, map of the actual location, and amenities offered in the community. Overall the home, neighborhood, and realtor were awesome! I do recommend a viewing with Mr. Keys if you are interested in a home in this community!

Lawrence, Trevor and the D.R. Horton team were excellent from the beginning phases of me selecting my home all through out the building process as well. Even after my home was completed and we moved in Lawrence, Trevor and the team continued to reach out to ensure the move was seamless. I highly recommend D.R. Horton. Their customer service and professionalism was above reproach.

Went to the model home to view and the woman who worked inside there was very rude, showed no interest in talking to me and my family. She didn't show us around at all bug instead just sat on the chair and stayed on her phone the whole time. We asked her questions about the inventory home or certain floor plans their company offers, and she totally acted like we were bothering her ! She did not leave her phone conversation at all. Very rude.

Have been living here for two years with no issue. Recently, the HOA hired Cendy Crosby who has been harassing the neighborhood with emails. She has been telling residents that they need to maintained their lawns even though the lawns are being maintained regularly. She drives through the neighborhood each week and nit-pics peoples yards. It is miserable and the community is becoming unhappy with the HOA. Have not had an annual meeting to voice our concerns or even know who is on the board of directors. Like the post below. We spend $400 each year and now the only thing the HOA can show is harassing emails from a new enforcer. No one in the neighborhood is even complaining about the things that their new enforcer is harassing the residents about. We just want our pool and entertainment area which was promised with the original $400 HOA fee.

I live here currently and the neighborhood is great. The only reason this place has two stars right now is due to paying $400+ HOA a year for nothing. We have a tiny park and that's it. No pool no club house no front yard care. We all are paying for nothing besides having the HOA leave letters at our doors when WE "mess up."
