My husband and I are fresh off the selling of our first home and could not wait to leave this positive review for our amazing realtor, Rosalie Baxter. We first met Rosalie at an Open House, where we were attracted to her ease and kindness. The fact that she was super knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy in was a plus as well. Though we were ultimately uninterested in the house we were at for the Open House, we connected with Rosalie and she led us to a new development in the same community we longed to live in. It was obvious to us that Rosalie would make the selling of our current home and purchasing of the new build for us seamless, so we proceeded in that direction. She made the timeline and prep for selling our home insanely easy, and the process of getting set up for our new build a dream as well. We never questioned "what was next?" or if we would forget any details because she has a wonderful process of communication for her clients. Within one day of putting our home on the market she had us several offers and by the end of the first week, we were under contract where both parties (buyers and sellers) were getting the best case scenario. Additionally, she made herself available to us when we needed to ask questions all while also taking care of her beautiful family and I am sure several other clients. We have nothing negative to say of our experience of working with Rosalie and plan to recommend her to our family and friends. Our fingers are crossed that she is still in the business several years into the future if we ever look to sell a home again. She truly has a gift!
