I waited at the counter for 5 mins before anyone acknowledge me. There were 3 clerks up there. I acknowledge myself and ask for a printout of paperwork. The clerk stated yes hold on. I stood there another 5 mins. A clerk from rhe back came out and asked me if I needed help. She helped me. Keep on mind the other 3 clerks are still at the counter. Thank you Jennifer for helping me.
