Craig and his team did a phenomenal job with my home loan. Craig walked me through it, step by step, and this was much appreciated, as it was my first time buying a home. He was knowledgeable, followed up with me every couple of days to ensure I didn't have any questions, and explained things to me in ways that made sense, which was great. This is a much overdue review for Craig Barton of CB Loans. I was introduced to Craig in August 2023. At the time I was starting my search for my first home. Craig helped get me pre qualified so I understood what I could possibly afford. From there we moved to be pre-approval. Being a first time home buyer, Craig was patience and thorough in explaining the who, what & where. He was always available when I had questions and searched endlessly to help me secure my first mortgage. I am happy to say, I purchased my condo in October and appreciate everything Craig and CB Loans did to help make the process easy. Looking forward to working with him again, on refinancing and future opportunities.
