This was by far the most nerve-wracking process, but with Marylin’s assistance, it turned out to be a positive experience.

As first-time home buyers, we were extremely nervous and had little knowledge about the home-buying process. Being in the military and having a hectic schedule with hard deadlines added additional stress. Additionally, we were very indecisive about what we wanted. Marylin was patient, guided us through the process, and provided her opinions, giving us a different perspective that helped us make decisions.

We opted for a new build home, which took about six months from our decision to closing. Throughout this period, Marylin provided continuous updates. During the walkthroughs, she was very thorough and ensured all necessary fixes were addressed.

In conclusion, we feel like we left this experience having made a lifetime friendship with Marylin. Her attention to detail and dedication to her clients were amazing.
