If you want a phenomenal experience with Coldwell Banker Southern Coast, I strongly recommend David Cargill, Jr. as your realtor. We did a life changing move from Boston, Massachusetts to Savannah, Georgia. He truly listened and provided perspectives about buying a home that my husband and I never thought about. He supported us through the struggles of coming into agreement as to the type of home we wanted, professional services that we needed for inspections, and he was present during our closing. Skyler Bone was our realtor. From the moment I made the decision to sell my home, I knew I wanted her as our agent.
