I absolutely love living here it’s peaceful quiet I enjoy my neighbors here on the island minutes from the beach but the best part of Palm property management is indeed the management it makes a difference they are kind and helpful and if anything goes wrong there maintenance team is quick to respond we experienced massive damage from a neighbors tree falling with Helena the hurricane brought her a little bag of tricks I wouldn’t have even thought it to be their responsibilityAnd yet there they were Johnny on the spot cleaned it all up and covered the whole backyard stacked it and took it away but this is not the only time anything happens I called they respond he just can’t pick a better management company in the area welcome to the island

This is the worst rental experience I have ever had. There is 0 zero communication from Palm Property to their tenants. Not just a lack of but a blatant refusal to communicate. They do not have an after hours line as stated on the website, it is the office number which goes to the secretary’s voicemail to be checked whenever she strolls in for her next shift. If there is an emergency after 5 or on the weekend you are completely on your own!

Poorly managed porperties and Absolutely disgusting business practices. Be very wary when dealing with this property management company. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, and when they are returned it is from random phone numbers. They will manipulate paperwork and keep parts of your deposits when you know and have photographic proof you left their property in better standing then when you moved in. Maintenance requests take a substantially long time to take care of, and depending on the issue they outsource, and some of the people/companies they use the employees are very sketchy. Was NOT an experiences or property management company I would recommend to anyone.

DO NOT RENT !!!! Please save yourself from palm t property I rented an apartment at the newly built Cedar Grove Apartments in May in August I went to get dressed and all of my belongings had been ruined by MOLD! I literally lost all my things in 3 to 4 months nothing was ever done besides them sending a maintenance man with mold spray! I had to pay someone to come do an humidity test and after the test was done the guy told me he wouldn’t be living there because the levels in the unit were so high especially because my daughter have severe asthma.. Hallie Holly Audra Kelly are horrible people don’t trust anything they say SERIOUSLY! I’m in the process of suing them now! Also I went to check the ledger because in the judgement they had to let me out my lease now there trying to charge 4,958 for breaking lease and saying apartment was messed up and I’m try in to figure out how I have pictures videos and everything has been documented! They admitted everything was their fault and still did nothing they even admitted the hvac system in unit was faulty but by the grace of God I’m going to get what I’m owed!!! RUNNN FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Bad experience with the staff here, they are judgmental and unhelpful when you have a question or concern. One of the staff in the leasing department called me stupid without actually saying the words. I was struggling to figure out shutting off my water utilities on the correct date because the lease and the emails said conflicting things. I made a suggestion saying others may be confused about this process and she said “you’re actually the first person to ever ask about this” in a very rude voice. I left a message a few days later expressing that was hurtful and never heard back. The people in charge of answering questions about the move out process are rude and only want to talk to you if you know exactly what you’re doing. Good luck if you’re living on your own for the first time and looking for kindness and help. Another frustrating thing is they had unfair charges when I moved out. I only lived in the apartment a year, and they are charging me $310 for a paint job, $150 for one air filter left inside an AC unit, and $350 for a deep clean (we were expecting $250, they added another $100 for absolutely no reason, the apartment was spotless when I left it. I cleaned for hours before leaving the last time) overall bad experience.

Easy move in process. Great rental. Been with the company for years. Management and maintenance team always responded promptly to my needs/request. Even sent a young man on the weekends after hours to help me with an air issue. Followed up next business day to make sure issue was resolved. I am moving out of town and hate to leave my rental because my experience with this company has been nothing but great. My move out process was smooth and since I held up my end on meeting requirements to get my deposit back, I did get it back. Seems like a lot of these reviews have more to the story. Everyone is quick to leave a bad review of something that didn’t go their way instead of the positive experience. Mine was nothing but great and recommend this company to anyone looking to rent.
