I love this group. I’ve entrusted them for now 10 years, and I can’t put into words my appreciation. As a homeowner and military- you know I’ve been across the world. If it weren’t for folks like Janie and Francis, I would have lost a home I love out of fear. Now ten years later I’ve been able to upgrade, update, renovate, and field tenant feedback to continue making my property a home you love. This company isn’t average, and the realtors, vendors, managers, and professionals meeting and exceeding the good values and hometown community care that bring families a place to call home are the reason military service families take leaps faith to either purchase, invest, rent, or otherwise. Thank you for being a company a lower enlisted gal could count on when it mattered. You changed my family’s potential when you could have taken advantage of us.

Not the worst realty company I've dealt with but definitely not great . They do not clean their apartments for new tenants but charge a cleaning fee upon move out . They don't fix or care about any of the wear and tear but will charge you for that upon move out as well . They do not provide pest control , they instead require tenants to get it completed for them and threaten to charge for it if they do not . The resident benefits package is also a rip off , why make tenants pay for renters insurance through you if they have their own . I requested a dispute for the few stupid charges they did charge me for and they said five business days for a decision , it's been weeks still no word from them . Moral of the review is this company expects tenants to fix up and get their own homes in order but charge for it .

I came in once to ask about rental properties about 30 mins to closing. Everyone was packing up and looked offended and annoyed when I came in. I tried to ask questions about properties but was just handed 3 pages of rental properties; most of which I couldn’t rent because I have pets.

Maybe if they would have listened to me before just handing me random information my time here would’ve gone better.

Fast forward I end up putting in an application to never hear back from them, it took me several tries to hear from anyone. To being passed around on the phone till I finally got to the manager.

After waiting about 3 weeks to hear if I was approved or denied, all they could tell me was denied. They sent an email and then hung up the phone.

The employees here are unprofessional, rude, and don’t want to help you. They never explained why I was denied and never bothered to help me when I asked. They all seem to want the title of a real estate agent but not the actual responsibilities of one.

Use other real estate agencies in hinesville, I promise there are much better and more helpful agencies out there besides this one. Anyone but this one, I recommend everyone stay away.

Do not use Liberty Real Estate or Realty Executives for your property management needs.

I left my house in 2014 under the care of Liberty Real Estate Services. They promised to take care of my property and ensured me it would be in good hands. Instead they neglected my house and were charging at least $500 under market value per month for it. The pictures are how I received my house back from them at the end of last year and how my house currently sits now that you can enter it without wearing a mask.

They neglected my property for so long, I'm not certain which set of tenants is at fault for the state of my house. They allowed it to be infested with roaches, termites and brown recluses. Then... when they finally realized how bad the situation was... they tried to cover it up and didn't inform me of the problem for 4 months.

As it sits the house has been gutted, it needs $80,000 in repairs, and I am currently out 6 months of rent (that they had set $500 below market value). In total Realty Executives and Liberty Real Estate will cost me at least $100,000. Coupled with the original $100,000 I paid for the house I am at least $40,000 in the hole.

Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting them with your property.

Sherry absolutely made the home buying experience as easy, comfortable, and educational as anyone possibly could have. From over 7,000 miles away, 14 hours ahead in a different time zone, Sherry went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home for my needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and consultant. She was awesome and will be highly recommended for anyone I know purchasing in the area. Honestly, will probably reach out to her again in my future home-buying.

Only reason why they have 1 start is because the lady at the front desk was nice to me. But if I could give no stars I would. BEWARE DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM! The OWNER tries to put in the lease for properties rent them as is! I viewed a property yesterday and was in a such a short rush that after I signed the lease. I went back to do a thorough view and inspection the property was disgusting and Had mold. It literally had been sitting hasn’t been cleaned or anything. The owner basically wants you to get the property and fix it up yourself which very crazy because what’s the purpose of a security deposit then! My lease was terminated the same day and i received my security deposit back cause the owner doesn’t want to get anything fixed. So beware and rent at your own risk! I also have pictures and videos for proof! I may take it to the news to show disgusting how these realtor companies are especially when this is a military town but try to charge so much for rent and a deposit. Stay away from this realtor company.

My experience with them has been awesome! I been renting from them for 4 years. When something breaks they are on it fast. Anna at the front desk is should get a huge raise!!! I had a problem and she went above and beyond to have it solved. If your looking for a home they are the ones to go to!!!
