Called to view a rental and told me before I could view a property I would have to pay 65.00 fee, ok I understand a app fee but before you see the property absolutely not, what if you don’t like the property? I guess you are out of a 65.00 fee, what a scam. That’s how these companies make money and rip people off with their fees. Run fast

The accounts manager or whatever she wants to call herself Kailey is her name she needs to go work under a car or something being in the front of the house with a nasty attitude is giving Holtzman a bad name. The lady wanted to have a pissing contest with me bc o wouldn’t sit down. Instead of her resolving my issue she was saying she felt intimidated by me because I wouldn’t sit down when she told me . I have work orders over 6 months old maybe longer that they have not attended to. I have never been late on my rent and u tell me you can’t fix what’s wrong …I have trees over grown a fence that my dog can’t stay in bc the wood is so rotten. They even told me that th owners were waiting until I paid rent to fix anything ….i spoke with the owner TIM today and he assured me that he would take care off it…will be back with a follow up

Back to do a follow up cause I’m a man of my word and I must say the owner TIM did what he promised …GOOD GUY so imm change my rating from a 1 to a 4

I did not want to review Holtzman until I was completely done business with them. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with holtzman. I had a family situation in which my kids and I had to safely relocate. Holtzman made the process easy and quick. Kandy was so helpful in finding us a place to stay. She was nothing but kind and made the process smooth with moving us in. During the move out process, they did have potential renters view the place as it stated in my lease. But they always made sure to let me know in advance and included me in the scheduling which I loved! As for the move out charges,I felt they were fair and honest. Overall, it was great doing business with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new start!
