Norman realty have been great to us for the two years we’ve rented through them. The ladies in the office are always helpful, and we’ve had several experiences where they’ve gone above and beyond to offer assistance. I recommend Norman realty anytime I get a chance to, and will continue to do so anytime I talk with military families who are coming into the area!

Our experience on 3/15/25 was amazing the young lady in the front to the other lady. Very big help and walked us thru the whole process. I would highly recommend this company for any rental or buying a home. They will go over and beyond to help if they are able.

I Despise dealing with Norman Reality, would rather have a root canal with no novacaine. Front desk is extremely rude and very unknowledgable. Moved into my trailer and nothing was fixed.There was black mold, holes in interior, stove didn't work, fridge doesn't work, vent hood doesn't work, no receptacle covers on outlets, no working smoke detectors, the trailer was unclean and smelled musty and moldy, no kitchen drawers close. Bathroom window doesn't open so there's no ventilation in bathroom so lots of mold. The screen door wont close and constantly slams. My husband is a veteran and the constant slamming triggers his pstd.The back door wouldn't stay closed unless locked which took over a week, meaning we could not secure our residents. The biggest problem is the plumbing which we told them about. Maintenence came and unclogged the toilet and said he would back to finish the job, He never came back and the septic tank backed up into the yard. When we called to report it as an emergency, I was treated rudely and told the maintenance guy was with family and wouldn't be here until 2 to 3 days later, even tho our neighbors complained of the odor as well. They REFUSE to work with my husband and I, asked them if I could call someone out myself (since they never send anyone when they say) and send them the invoice they said they didnt do reimbursement. When I asked for my deposit back because I had to clean everything myself, they refused. Front desk either lies about sending someone else or refuses to help. 0 out of 10 would never recommend

I’m quite disappointed in (Norman Reality) on their professionalism and treatment towards my husband and I. To keep it short. I found a place I wanted and paid the application with my husband (Military) we told them about the inconvenience and that we in the property. And that we weren’t ready to sign the rent agreement because of these inconvenience where far to dangerous. And to top it off there was a sliding door that didn’t close in the property meaning anyone could come inside at night. They said ok we’ll fix it. 3 weeks went by and 2 more weeks and NOTHING was done. So one day my husband comes in to ask about it since I wasn’t taken seriously. Keep in mind my husband came right after he got pepper sprayed and taze. And our request was still pushed to the side. They took it to the manager and the manager did Absolutely nothing. All they could say was that their vendor/ handy man has stoped working with them. 1) they didn’t have the courtesy to update us. When we did this progress since March. And to be told that in February was quite up setting. They said “hey we’ll work on it this upcoming week we’ll let you know when it’s done” I NEVER received an email,call, etc. It is now April and I have come to the information they Not only sell it to another person when we were at the top of the leasing list for that leasing property.2) once again, they didn’t have the courtesy to let me know that the place was no longer up for leasing. I STILL had hopes for this place since they said they were still fixing it. However, it was quite disappointing when I found out that they have given it to someone else. Their excuse was that I said I no longer wanted it. When I have specifically been calling March, February, and April for that specific place. I not angry but I am very much DISAPPOINTED in there professionalism, courtesy, and help.

I’m not saying not to rent from this place, but I am saying to think twice about it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional experience with Norman Realty! From start to finish, the process was seamless, thanks in large part to Tasha. She was amazing during the walkthrough, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. Tasha's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring I had everything I needed made the paperwork process a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The Best thing this company has going for them is the new maintenance lady Tosha. She deserves the 5 stars. You can trust anything the front ladies say as they story change so much and they will have you running in circles with they messed up communication. I'm surprised yall got a 3 or higher rating maybe that rating is for the maintenance lady. YAY for maintenance lady!

I am giving this review of the company a 2. However who I would give a 10 star review to is the new maintenance lady Tasha Schaeffer. We have had maintenance issues during the walk through inspection we did on the house before we moved in and only now is anything getting done in which I credit Mrs Tasha Schaeffer for. She literally is he only reason we haven't broken our lease because she is making a difference for us the consumer. She literally is making a difference!

If I could give them no stars I would.I don’t recommend going through this realtor at all. We had a property owner that had a place ready for us all we had to do was fill out the lease and get the keys. The property owner called this realtor to let them know that he wanted a unit specifically for us. When we went in to fill out everything and get keys they wait until after they charge us money to let us know that they rented the property to someone else against the property owners wishes. They even charged more for the property than what the property owner wanted.This business left a BAD BAD taste in my mouth and took our money and we hadn’t even began our tenancy with them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Me and my husband and kids are lucky this happened before we were stuck with them. Once again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REALTOR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
